Stupid Cheepo idiotic guest!
Shouted out loud complaining that the charges was too expensive! So happened that those Exec Com ppl walked out of their meeting room and heard them.. As usual lar...never ask anything.."FOR YOU..ITS COMPLEMENTARY" haHA...after me kana scoldings, all they did was to pacify the guests without questions..Obviously making me look so damn bloody useless and stupiD!!

2nd
Stupid security held all 5 lifts at level 2 ballroom, said that heavy traffic was predicted! Internal staff...of coz sales ppl...exploded at me! "WHY HAVEN'T U CALL SECURITY or ENGINEERING??? I'VE BEEN STANDiNG n WAITING FOR AT LEAST 5 MINS!!" ShiTTy bloody you!! Nevermind..in the end he called security..and what he got back was... "we'll see what we can do about it!!" Hahaha...That was frm boss of security..

3rd
One indian gst frm india~ came out of the lift and ask me where's the fitness centre!
Me: It's on level 4 siR.
INDIAN: I just came'm from their'n someone frm' your hotel'l told me is up up...and now'n you wan mi to go back again????
INDIAN: The person is wearing the uniform like youu'' ....and now i got to go back down again?? this is no good..and he went continuing mumbling as he was waiting for the bloody lift!
Me: What the FucK????

4th
And it all happened within 45mins. Throughout each and every incident, I was alone as my colleague went 4 dinner. Faxes came firing like bullets from machine guns~~~~ Non-stop i tell you!! Senders of those faxes kept calling up to ensure that faxes were received.. Fax machines firing, phones ringing~~ many guests came to use internet and also enquired about postage charges!! OMG!!!! GOING CRAZY!!! OCcupanCy waS 100% and we were overbooked by 30 rooms...wonder why all guests came to Business centre!! Weird riTE??

5th
Went to relieve Giftshop's meal break after i had dinner. Damn Damn...got guest wanna order flowers...Haha..anyhow hump-tan liao.

This month is so bloody crazy!!
Got scoldings practically everyday, by guests lar!! who else??....been so so busy~~!! HELLO..i thought Biz Ctr is the most slackest department to hide...but it's really NONO!! We are not appreciated when huge amount of profits were generated, but actual fact we were investigated whether our guests had been "SLAUGHTERED" by us!!! when we're not earning...kana scoldings, condemption!! WTF!!
And when we were trying to be firm on the prices...ppl come and say.."FOR YOU, ITS COMPLEMENTARY!" Wat a joke rite?
Worse thing of all!! There is no air-con on the whole floor's corridor~ and we are located right in the middle of the corridor. Can you imagine working in an enclosed area with just a mini-fan blowing ventilated air around your small small counteR? haHa..Always we will kana heat-stroke and migrain~~ coz uniform also damn thick!
Sorry to say....my limits are really that mucH...PHEW!!! That's aLL!!
Do i sound like heR?? Miranda frm devils wear prada~~ so COOL RITE>??? Anne Hathaway...perhaps i can also become like hER?? Size 6 to size 4...COOL!!

Was off yesterdaY..watched "Raise your voice" by hillary bluff....damn damn nice show..so inspiring... must go sing ktv very soon~~ :PPPPP
