Lives.....

28th Dec...not quite sure what I was doing at that moment....but, I only know that many thousands of lives were lost in a flash. Tidal waves, how cruel...Cried when i saw that news. This was even worse than the 911 incident, at least at that time, we can put the blame to the terrorist. But now, is natural disaster..is the world coming to an end? God bless the families of the deceased.

Reach home ard 5pm todae, was raining cats and dogs when i was just abt to leave the sch. Everywhere was flooded with water and even the bustops. To my surprise, when i board 76 Bus at paya lebar rd...there were only 3 passengers, including me. So..the whole journey only took 45mins or less despite the rain.

Well, got to do research and learn my jap. have been slacking and COUGHING like a granny the whole day. Hmmm...I do hope everyone can start learn how to cherish ppl and start appreciating things cos you never know what will happen.

Sick...

Damn it...have been coughing for ages and it always seems to get worse!! Ate like different kinds of cough syrups still like tat!! Dun feel like visiting the doc...Haizz..worse is that the place I'm working at requires us to shout so as to relate msges...Oh my god, and the whole restaurant's waitstaff seems to fall sick one by one and thus nobody was actually 'shouting'!! Suddenly the lively restaurant become Macdonalds'...when you can only heard lots of ppl talking..It is really pathetic for a jap restaurant...

HAiz...It is so sad when I see my friends changing and becoming another person.. SHE was once my very gd fren.....after she got attached, it seems like her whole world only circles round her guy. Becomes an irresponsible person? Unpredictable? With lots and lots of secrets hidden inside her. Really LOVE changes ppl? dun wish to comment too much as nothing I do will be of any help..

Remember during sec2 or 3, I haf a very close fren...Once I had 2 weeks of MC due to chicken pox, she actually comes to my place everyday, just to pass me the homework, update me everything., did homework together and after that she will hand it up for me...She is a super duper gal with lots of admirers. But I din know what made us drift apart...and now we each have our whole lifes...

Why is this so possible?? Feelings and people changes? If given the chance, I would want to cherish every true friends I have...Hmmm...or should I say...cherish every moment spent with all ur special ones as you might never know what will happen in future....

Merry X'Mas

I spent my eve working at WaraKu. after that went katong to find tie and fatty..met yen and then went to feast at a seafood centre...tie's treat..hAha. After that went to home to rest as all of us were tired from work.
Hmmm...We are all looking forward to monday...The JB treaT!! HeE~~
Anyway..I got a pressie from SuKi San~ She is a full-time supervisor at Waraku, and she actually took the effort to buy presents for everyone!! So nice of her...though the gift is not something of great value...but I guess everyone appreciated her efforts..So sweet rite?? Even the managers also din prepare anything for us.
By the way, I cooked linguini with vinegratte sauce and minced pork...plus a handful of prawns. hAHa..Sounds very east and west rite? Actually was a super last minute thing. I used wat I could from my fridge. Peeling the prawns was a chore! The smell and the feeling sucks big time...especially taking out its intestines or the lining of dirt. buT...I'm glad that fatty loves it...haha..

My method..
Cook linguini and den soak in ice water>>>> Learnt in SAffron..
Therefore, the pasta was cooked to my perfection :)

The Sauce
Stir fry a small white onion>> Chopped thinly (remember not too much oil as ur sauce may become oily)
After tat pour water (Estimation)!!! >>>Must hide if not kana splashed by the jumping oil.
Den JUST POUR any amount of Apple cider vinegar...haHA..if too sour just add sugar..
after that, throw in about 200g of minced pork...>>Must make sure that no meat is left uncooked!!
And...Can taste ur taste and add sugar or vinegar>>>it's up to u.

The prawn...Just saute it with a pinch of salt~>>>Cause I really don;t know what to do with it..(haha)

and then I packed it into nice cute turboware...and Brought it to work..
Of course the sauce and pasta was separated..
It's like 5 or 6 hours later then we ate the pasta..and the taste and texture were still there..
My ZARU PastA...Dry and chilled pasta ..to be dipped into the sauce just before you consume it..

HAha...a Success~~

HeLL Work!!

The past weekend was a hell for me. Was working...had damn loads of ridiculous customers that nearly made me shout F**K OFF into their faces...but i only did when i left their table..KaoZ!!
An incident when serving a couple...
the woman, she ordered a tendon from me, asked me to remove the oba leave, pumpkin and seaweed tempura as she only wanted the prawns. (2 prawns to be exact -> shown in the menu)
When I served the order..she bloody hell said:"You removed all those stuff, don;t you think it's SO SILLY not to give me another prawn as a replacement" I was like...WTF!!! After apologizing again and again..I just left the table and to add, the guy ordered a ebi temp (5 prawns) to share b4 tat woman placed her order.
NVM!! After they left..and i went to clear their tables...and they still had like 3 prawns left untouched!!! KAOZ!!

SINGAPOREANS??? Tat request is like order chicken cutlet and you tell the uncle I don;t want the tomatoes, please give me one more piece of chicken!! C'mon man...PLS Think b4 you speak!!
I HAte SPG---> Sarong party gals!!! SUCKS!! Most of them behave like tat...

Went Holland Village yest, was a great experience but I still think China town is the besT! haD ipoh hor fun there?? Super duper delicious..awaiting for the next trip~~
Hmm....And I skipped my lessons todae...had fever last night, and todae I woke up voiceless. Actually wanted to go sch, but too tired due to the excess hours of sleep..haha. It's because I slept too much, that's y I feel very tired?? Understand??

Anyway, someone bought me sausage mcmuffin and orange juice plus some cough medicine and sweets. Once I woke up...Tada...Breakfast all ready..heEe..so nice. :P
And I got to start learning my KATAKANA liaOZ...CiaO!! SaYooNara!!

haD my PCM meeting todae..felt super dunno-wat during the whole meeting.. just very listless and quiet, felt very guilty abt not contributing anything...but i'll buck up alrighT?
ate chocolate pocky and time out after i reach home...slacked awhile and started on my portfolio..pheW.think i'm able to finish b4 deadline. the chocolate treat really helps to perk me up! haha..To increase productivity.....EAT chocolates okay??

you know what...somethings really pissed me off! There's this guy, one of my colleagues in waraku, he's one of those smart looking, studying at nus now. he's always super helpful and very hardworking kind. and now one gal is interested in him, specially bought food for him and accompany him during his 2 hours break. And all he says tat it's just the gal's one-sided feeling...he was never the least interested at her. And most of us at work actually encouraged him to tell the gal honestly...? but after work...the gal came down again and specially drive him home....kaozz..wat type of guy is this?? like those use and throw kind....never knew he's this kind of person...oh well...tat's life isn;t it.

okay...need to continue my portfolio le..gotta stop slacking for now...*munching* Must JiAn FEi!!!! :P haha..i can still recall how big the lizard that mr tan described to be...CiaO!

i'm bored...got tons of stuffs to complete, lots of things waiting for me to be organized, but i've yet done any of them. Portfolio due 20th, and i haven started. I'm regretting why I promised to work for so many days. I'm sick of working and sick of doing project and stuff...I nEED MOTIVATION!!!! I need to get my butt out of this stupid house and start exercising! anyway..going sch soon to attend the jap lesson. and Only me and lorraine is from yr3, i feel so old now. I'm now typing like a sec 1 student probably...but tat's the way i am....sometimes...haHAHA...CiaO!! Gotta start on my organizer....if i managed to find one..

Hmmm, i should be sleeping now becos i haf to attend the first lecture of my semester at 10am.
Well, have been working at Waruku, a lot of catching-ups with my dear friends.

*Went china town with shuqing, cam and apple.....heE~ Had a great time there.
*Watched X'mas with the Kranks wif yl and lala. Was a really great show for x'mas lovers. A very heart-warming one when everyone is really there for each and everyone in the community. I love the x'mas decorations and the frosty part was hilarious. The man in tat show really reminds me of Mr. Scroogch, a stingy selfish old man who finally saw the light after realising the spirit of x'mas. I must say, their daughter blair is really pretty!! Loved seeing her in the movie.
and after that show, we chat a while and went 'touring round' with lala's frens. Scenary at jurong mountain was great..how i wish i could take pictures there...then..reached home ard 6am plus. 2nd time i sat on a bike!!! wAs SO SO COOL!!! Fatty was angry with me.....but everything is fine now.
*Just went to attend my cousin's wedding at Ngee Ann city, dinner wasn;t up to expectations. could see that was kinda rush as dinner started late. It is amazing to know that there;s this beautiful and magnificent ballroom located at 7th floor of TaKa. Setting and staging was great, could see the hardwork and the experience of the wedding-planner. And I really wish my cousin a wonderful marriage ahead! LOved to attend weddings, it is always so romantic....hee~~
*Gonna attend SJC dnD tonite. Hope everything will be fine tml.....i shall be one of the urshers of the day..heE~

Gotta catch some sleep......lots to do later in the day....will update again.
